Film Society 2011/2012:

Free Film's screenings for Fresher's week:

Please ensure that you have first registered to www.essexstudent.com and click on the membership payment icon (add to basket) at the bottom of the page, then you can pay via Debit or Credit Card through the online payment system. Alternatively you can sign up as a member of this club by inquiring at the Students' Union Reception by providing your PRID number on your student card.

 COMMITTEE MEMBERS 2011/2012:

Aims/Objectives:

1. To have 200+ Paid Members by the end of the year.
2. To provide an efficient service for students and meeting demand.
3. Valuing members and interacting with them through emails/socials/Facebook.
4. Creating a cinematic experience. Having a fully functional website that is updated regularly.
5. Organising at least one big event every term.
6. Using student feedback to help develop film society.
7. Developing good relations with other societies.

The Film society is part of the Art & Departmental federal group of Societies Guild. The Society welcomes all students and staff at the advertised membership below.  Non-students and students at other institutions should contact the Sports and Societies Office (sportsandsocs@essex.ac.uk) for details on how to join.
