debating
Debating society is a society for students of all subjects to engage in debate. Topics vary from week to week, but we most regularly debate topics related to politics, economics and philosophy. Enthusiasm is valued over experience, and extensive knowledge of the subject is not required. Those who just want to watch are also welcome!

We will meet on Square 3 for the first week. There will be a trip to a intercollegiate debating tournament in December, teams will be selected from our best debaters.
