We can give limited advice about existing policies if clients bring in documentation.

Minor Offences

Most students will not be able to get legal aid representation for minor offences such as speeding fines/tickets, or non payment of bills. However, we can advise clients of what will happen if they go to court.

Compensation

The majority of compensation claims go through specialists, however, we can still help clients if they are thinking about claiming compensation

Small Claims/County Court

We can advise clients what to expect if they have a case made against them. We can also advise to the procedures to be followed if students wish to take court action against another party.
