the essential things to take with you on a night out

• fully charged mobile
• personal attack alarm
• spikies/alcotops/drink detective
• money – it’s better to loose than a card, but don’t carry loads on you and remember to always have some on your person in case your bag gets stolen and you need a taxi!
• Condoms – just in case you meet the perfect partner and you feel ready (always better to be safe than sorry!)
• And always have a ‘smart call’ number on you!  Basically it’s a fake mobile number to hand out if you get pestered for yours.
