Essex University Student's Union invites you to take a walk down into the Enchanted Forest and explore the Dark side of the Summer with the Biggest event of the Year...The Summer Ball 2012 - A Twisted Tale

Ticket Pricing:

Student: £45

Alumni : £45

Guest : £50

Final Year Staff: Please see reception

Deposit: If you have paid a deposit of £10 you will need to pay the balance of £35 by Mon 14th May at the SU reception

Fast Track Pass*:

For the first time ever we are offering a separate upgrade on your ticket; The Fast Track Pass*. This will get you access via a separate Queue to avoid the long queue at the entrance, it also entitles you to a FREE Jager Bomb upon arrival.

*Please note this pass cannot be used to queue jump at the bars or attractions. Fast Track passes must be used with a full price summer ball ticket. Fast Track customers will still be subject to searches. Last entry is 11pm. Normal Terms and Conditions will still apply.

Important terms and conditions:

Final Year Staff Ticket can only be purchased at Reception and proof must be provided of final year status and a valid staff card

Student tickets

You must be over 18 to attend this event. Photographic ID will be required on the door.

We have an electronic ticketing system (no paper tickets) to gain entry to an event you must bring your student registration card as proof of ID.

Guest tickets

You must be over 18 to attend this event. Photographic ID will be required on the door.

We have an electronic ticketing system (no paper tickets) to gain entry to an event you must bring the credit/debit card you paid with online and photographic ID.

If your guest ticket has been bought through a student account you must be with that student in order to gain entry.

Refunds

We are unable to offer refunds, please make sure you are able to attend an event when you purchase your tickets.

Please note that last entry is 11pm. Customers will not be allowed in after this time.

Fast Track Pass

Please note that Fast Track passes must be used with a full price summer ball ticket. Fast Track customers will still be subject to searches. Last entry is 11pm. Normal Terms and Conditions will still apply. Free Jager Bomb will be given upon arrival within the site
