venues
Our award winning nightclub Sub Zero, hosts all of the biggest nights, guest DJs and live bands. As if that wasn’t enough, our two late night venues, Level 2 and Frangos, serve up incredible student nights out every day of the week, while the SU Bar and the newly refurbished Top Bar, act as the students’ social hub on campus.
cinema
2012 freshers are very lucky indeed because this year we’re opening a brand new cinema, cine10. We’ll be showing all the latest blockbuster movies before they even come out on Blu-ray! And the best bit? It'll be the half the price that you would normally pay elsewhere.
colchester campus
The Colchester campus is set in Wivenhoe park, it's one of the greenest campuses in the UK. Built around five main squares, every classroom and lab is easily accessible. If you ever get lost, head over to the Information Desk on Square 3 where a member of staff will be able to help you. If you ever need to leave campus the grounds are surrounded by a ring road with plenty of bus stops that offers easy access to the main routes into Colchester town centre.
