Your Students’ Union is here to make you love it at Essex! To achieve this, the SU is run by a group of students that are elected each year to make sure that students are represented and can work independently from the University.
Any student can put themselves forward for election and if they get enough votes, be given the opportunity to lead an exciting, dynamic organisation capable of achieving real change.
So if you think you could lead your SU, this is your big chance....

Monday 20th February
10am: Nominations open – you can now
officially submit your nomination
form and manifesto to SU reception

Wednesday 29th February
1pm: Nominations close – make sure you
submit your nomination form and
manifesto by this date!

Wednesday 29th February 
Candidates Briefing - you must attend this in order for your nomination to be valid!

Wednesday 7th March - 9am: Voting opens

Friday 9th March - 12pm: Voting closes

Friday 9th March
3pm, LTB 2 - Results announced
