If you are finishing your degree or moving out of your current accommodation then you might not be able to take all your things with you.

The Students' Union is going to be collecting excess items and selling them for charity. So don't throw things away but bring them along to us and we can recycle them for you. You can help charity and stop things going to waste in landfill!

Items can be donated any time before September by taking them to the Students' Union stall in Square 3 or SU Reception. Please mark all bags and boxes "No Waste Graduation"

We CAN take:
+ Books
+ Bedding
+ Kitchen utensils, saucepans, wooden spoons etc.
+ Cutlery and crockery
+ Suitcases
+ Clean clothes (and hangers)
+ Unwanted electrical goods

We CANNOT take
- Anything damaged or dirty
- Anything unusable

ALL proceeds from the sale will go to charity and future environmental projects. Any items left over from the sale will be donated to charity shops in town. If you have any questions at all please email vpwelfare@essex.ac.uk. Thank you.
