Your first stop should be www.essexstudentpad.co.uk. This website is regularly updated with all the properties that become available. You can search among the list of properties as per your requirements to find something that will suit you perfectly!

We have a range of properties that will suit you if living on your own as a single student, if you are a couple, a family or a group of friends looking to live together. All the properties that we advertise on the website have been accredited by the Colchester Borough Council so you are guaranteed to get good quality accommodation.

If you cannot find a property at the above website that suits your needs, then please email us at sulets@essex.ac.uk stating what you are looking for (bedrooms, rent, location, special requirements) and we’ll get back to you!

brand NEW luxury student quay-side accommodation

We’re excited to announce StudentLets will be letting brand new quayside accommodation for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year students from September 2013. All rooms will be en-suite with broadband and all bills included, with prices starting from just £95 per week.

We know you don't want to bother with the hassle of cleaning or cutting the grass, but if it means you can get your deposit back at the end of your lease it's worth taking care of your student house. 

If it's a weekly tidy you're looking for, or a SPARKLE clean before your landlord comes round to inspect, we can help. Even if your house is not leased by StudentLets we have cleaning services available for students at great discounted prices.
