Main Stage Arena
The main stage arena is the place to catch all the big entertainment at this years ball. This is the place where all the headliners take to the stage throughout the evening, be sure to check out Scott Mills, Chase and Status and Frisky&Mannish! Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, the main arena will transform into the biggest Headphone Disco Essex has ever seen!
Look out for the photographers to make sure you capture the perfect moment with your friends and loved ones!
Casino Lounge Tent
The most glamorous tent at the summer ball, chill out to jazz in our heated boudoir style seated Casino Lounge with an exotic cocktail bar for you to indulge in. Relax and have a flutter on the 6 gaming tables, including the most popular casino games, Roulette and Blackjack, for a chance to win stunning prizes. Vegas eat your heart out!
My Big Fat Gypsy Fortune Teller
Step inside the gypsy caravan to find out what the Summer holidays holid in store for you and your friends!
The Fishbowl bar

Viva Las Vegas! If the casino wasn't enough for you then 'Tie the knot' with that special someone in our very own Elvis-endorsed wedding chapel.

The poptastic Milk it meets Flirt tent. If you’re up for a fun-filled night, prizes, giveaways, games, loud chants and the best of commercial music then this is your tent. Expect fun themed changes and exciting prizes every hour and dance the night away!
Festival Style Food Stalls
What party would be complete without munchies! Indulge in any of the yummy food stalls open all throughout the night: Turkish kebab, chips, chicken, Chinese and oriental dishes, hot dogs and burgers, homemade curries…mmmm. Of course vegetarian options will be available at all outlets : )
Vibez meets International Tent
Bringing you the finest music from all over the globe, a perfect mix to celebrate diversity at the Summer Ball, featuring live DJ sets and tracks you wouldn’t hear anywhere else. And for all the Urban lovers out there, be prepared for the best of Carribean music by Live Link, and quality sets by Quincy, UKS, Kapital, JayJay & Nimblez, before the ultimate Seani B takeover! A definite must.

Come and tell all as SX:TV make you the star in this video booth. Capture all your confessions as you enjoy the night of your life at this years Summer Ball.
Arabic Shisha tent
The Summer Ball is all about variety, so you can probably tell we’re jam packing Wivenhoe Park with lots of fun things for you! Up next we’d like to introduce you to our Arabic Shisha tent, 15 pipes and an assortment of aromatic tobaccos, tea and coffee – enjoy!
Giant Inflatables Fun Zone
Get ready for the giant inflatables fun zone! Ball gowns and tux’s are the perfect attire for playing Human Table-Football table and running around inside our Inflatable Laserquest – trust us! Fun, fun, fun!

PHOTOGRAPHY
The official Summer Ball photographers will be set up in the main tent so you pose with your friends and loved ones and walk away with a treasured memento of the night, they’ll even look after it for you so you can pick it up before you leave!
SURVIVORS PHOTOS
Hand your headphones back and get yourself ready for the legendary survivors photo! Let’s see who can look the most glam at dawn, who can pull the funniest face, who can get to the front and who can say “I am a survivor of the ultimate 8 hour student event of the year”!
BREAKFAST!
After a hard night of partying you’ll deserve breakfast! Head down to the SU bar where a yummy breakfast will be on offer from 5am.
