There are two types of Summer Ball tickets – Platinum and Gold. Both go on sale at 10am on Thursday 26th April from essexstudent.com, SU reception and the Campus Shop.
Platinum tickets (dining) - £52 for students, £62 for Guests, Alumni and staff.
Platinum tickets offer the full VIP treatment, giving you access to every element of the ball. Enjoy an incredible three course meal while being serenaded by a live string section, before having the run of all the fairground rides before the silver ticket holders arrive. Book Platinum tickets with your friends and share a dining table together - the perfect way to start an amazing evening. Platinum ticket holders also receive a large Survivors Photo for free.
Gold tickets (after dinner) - £37 for students, £42 for guests, Alumni and staff.
Gold tickets give you entry to the ball after the dinner has finished and as the party starts. Celebrate the end of the academic year in style by enjoying all of the live entertainment, fairground, casino tent, fireworks and attractions at an event you’ll never forget.
*Please note it is one ticket per student and each student is allowed to buy one guest ticket.
*Paper tickets can be picked up 24 hours after purchasing online from the Students' Union reception located on Square 3.
-All students' must show their student card when picking up their tickets from the SU reception.
-All staff must show staff ID when picking up their tickets from the SU reception.
*If you are wishing to upgrade your ticket you can do so at the SU reception.
*There will be NO refunds or replacement tickets issued.
*Final year student staff wishing to buy Summer Ball tickets can do so by visting Sophie Seear in Personnel to recieve a discount voucher and purchase their ticket at the SU reception.
*If you are a Colchester Institute student then you can buy tickets from the Students' Union reception, Square 3, Uni of Essex. All you need to do is bring along photo ID to prove you are over 18 and your student card to prove you are a student.
