Q - The criteria such as 10 committee meetings - is this per term or per year?

a - per year, unless stated otherwise.

Q - how do we prove our social media is active? do we have to screenshot every post for the year?

a - you don't have to screenshot every single post you make, but just enough to prove you have met the criteria.
