Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art developed by enslaved Africans centuries ago. It combines fighting with dance, play, theatre, rhythms and music. Capoeira exercises help to develop balance, resistance and motor coordination.

 

How many teams do we have?

Just one team, but we're very welcoming and interactive. Experienced members help beginners.

N/A - we're a brand new club! Recently ratified in December 2018.

To be a part of the club, you need to join up as a member. All of the different club membership options are listed below with a description of what each membership covers.

* Please note that due to COVID-19 we are identifying what activities are able to be played in line with UK Government and National Governing Bodies for sport guidelines.  Due to this, we have suspended playing memberships until we have a clearer picture of training and competition opportunities for 2020/21.
