CAPOEIRA

hello, we are the essex blades capoeira club

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art developed by enslaved Africans centuries ago. It combines fighting with dance, play, theatre, rhythms and music. Capoeira exercises help to develop balance, resistance and motor coordination.
