WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON

AIMS FOR THIS YEAR

1
Improve support services for students with disabilities
This includes improvement to the Student Services Hub and the counsellors available. We will be working on this as part of the Big 5.
2
Increase accessibility across campus
We will be looking at step-free access routes between the stairs as well as step-free access to the multi-faith chaplaincy.
3
Work on improving the cost of living whilst at university
The high cost of living is an added strain which can make some disabilities worse. We will be looking at the Cost of Living as part of the Big 5.

Throughout the last academic year, we have gathered feedback from students about the key issues facing your community. This data has come from NPS, Vital Stats, The Big Plan, SU React and Student Idea. These are the top 3 issues.
