FREE Intro to Pole Dancing

This term Just Play will be running a series of Just Play Intro to Just Pole Dancing sessions. This week's session is FREE.

You do not have to have any back ground in dance or gymnastics, only a willingness to try out something new and have fun!

You will be taught by a qualified coach. There will be a variety of aspects covered in the sessions including conditioning and basic beginner moves.
