** Birthday Guestlist is first come first served. If it's your Birthday the week of the event you can email dmaxwe@essex.ac.uk and you and 4 friends can get queue jump and free entry before 12:30am. You will need to show ID to prove it's your Birthday. Birthday list is limited so please email in plenty of time to secure your place, and no later than 24 hours before the event.

VALID ID FOR ALUMNI TICKETS - UNIVERSITY OF ESSEX ALUMNI CARD ONLY (You must have this with you when entering the venue if you have purchased a student ticket, without it you will be refused entry.)
Tickets are not transferable, replaceable or refundable.
If you do not have an Alumni card, you can apply for one here: https://alumni.essex.ac.uk/alumnicard (please note they may take up to 10 days to arrive.)
Failure to produce the correct forms of ID, including registration and Alumni cards, will result in denied entry and no refund will be given.
