We are taking you through yoga flows, full-body workouts and end every session with a meditation or relaxation. We promise that this will not only get you out of bed, but also give you the energy to start your weekend in a fun way. We are changing our program every month, so that you can zone into one class for four times and then get new input. We are looking forward to have you!
