Hi, my name’s Emma and I’ve been practicing yoga for around five years. Yoga has been a saviour in my life; it’s improved my mental health, healed my body, and brought me a deeper connection to myself, others, and the world around me. I wanted deepen my knowledge, and be able to share the gift of yoga with others so I recently travelled to India to get a traditional yoga teacher training in Hatha, Ashtanga Vinyasa, and Yin.
My classes are varied and sometimes a mixture of styles. I always put a lot of love into the planning of my classes and each one will follow a theme; whether it’s calming anxiety, focusing on certain areas of the body, or having a more spiritual focus: I hope each will bring you a little bit more connected to your body, mind, and spirit.
Every class will be suitable for all levels, from beginners to advance yogis. So bring your mat and come and join us weekly for an hour to connect with yourself a little deeper. I look forward to seeing you there!
