\nHello\, Everyone\, and wel come to our annual Remi Competition! \;
\n\nWe can'\;t wait to welcome Universities from across the country to compete at our event. We personally cannot wait to see what all of these amazing Pole Dancers b ring to the stage. \;
\n\nTickets are £\;3.50\, and all mo ney raised at this event will be donated to charity \;

\n\nEvery year\, w e run this competition in aid of a Charity. This year\, we are raising fu nds for CARA Essex. Here is a little bit about the charity:
\n\nCAR A (Centre for Action on Rape and Abuse) works with victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse\, providing independent\, speci alist support and promoting and representing their needs.
\n\nCARA is a charitable organisation.
\n\nCARA is a registered charity work ing with adults of all genders\, young people and children from across No rth Essex. \; We work from our Head Office in Colchester and from out reach premises in Braintree\, Shelmsford\, Clacton on sea\, Great Dunmow and Harwich. \;
\n\nAt CARA\, we provide confidential\, special ist support for victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse. \; We know the courage it requires to take that first step\, even before factoring in any practical\, social or cultural barriers\, an d we want to do everything we can to make taking that step a little easie r. \; Our aim is to reach every person who needs us.
\n\nCARA o ffers a safe space and counselling\, ISVA and Advocacy support to people of all ages and genders\, regardless of where or when the incident took p lace. \; When required\, we have access to face-to-face and video int erpreting services\, and telephone interpreting provision for up to 120 d ifferent languages including sign language. \; We work form accessibl e locations across North Essex\, and are able to offer face-to-face or on line support\, depending on the preference of the client. \;
