\nOur yearly Spring Showcase is here! ! \;
\n\nEvery year\, our Polers are hard at work throughout&nb sp\;the academic year\, and at the end of the Spring term\, we all come t ogether to give you an amazing show in the name of charity. \;
\n\ nThis is the final show\, and we like to go out with a bang\, with per formances from the committee\, members\, alumni and local instructors. Th is event is a must! \;
\n\nTickets are £\;3.50\, and all m oney raised at this event will be donated to charity \;

\n\nEvery year\, we run this c ompetition in aid of a Charity. This year\, we are raising funds for CARA Essex. Here is a little bit about the charity:
\n\nCARA (Centre fo r Action on Rape and Abuse) works with victims and survivors of sexual vi olence and child sexual abuse\, providing independent\, specialist suppor t and promoting and representing their needs.
\n\nCARA is a charita ble organisation.
\n\nCARA is a registered charity working with adu lts of all genders\, young people and children from across North Essex.&n bsp\; We work from our Head Office in Colchester and from outreach premis es in Braintree\, Shelmsford\, Clacton on sea\, Great Dunmow and Harwich. \;
\n\nAt CARA\, we provide confidential\, specialist support for victims and survivors of sexual violence and child sexual abuse. \; We know the courage it requires to take that first step\, even before factoring in any practical\, social or cultural barriers\, and we want to do everything we can to make taking that step a little easier. \; Ou r aim is to reach every person who needs us.
\n\nCARA offers a safe space and counselling\, ISVA and Advocacy support to people of all ages and genders\, regardless of where or when the incident took place. \; When required\, we have access to face-to-face and video interpreting se rvices\, and telephone interpreting provision for up to 120 different lan guages including sign language. \; We work form accessible locations across North Essex\, and are able to offer face-to-face or online support \, depending on the preference of the client. \;
