 ights. They allow for everyone to share opinions without government inter
 ference and gather peacefully in public or in private. However\, these ri
 ghts can often be limited in countries like China\, Russia\, France and r
 ecently\, the United States\, in the name of public order or maintaining 
 government authority. Delegates joining the debate will simulate a UNHRC 
 meeting to discuss the extent of the limitations to these freedoms.</p><p
 ><strong>A helpful guide to MUN will be provided during the session for b
 eginners!</strong></p><p>All interested are welcome to come along and try
