 p>Any student is welcome to join the meeting as an observer!</p><p>Attend
 ance is mandatory for Student Leaders\, Student Community Officers (SCOs)
 \, and elected Council reps.</p><p>It will be a chance for the Student Le
 aders to present their Big Plan to Council\, and to field questions relat
 ing to the Plan\, and their work in the SU. Council members will also dec
 ide what action to take on three policies due to lapse in December 2026:<
 /p><ul><li>Love and support for students with disabilities and mental hea
 lth conditions.</li><li>Budgets for SCOs.</li><li>Policy for the SU to lo
 bby the university to divest from the borders industry.</li></ul><p>The f
