 dance is mandatory for Student Leaders\, Student Community Officers (SCOs
 )\, and elected Council reps.</p><p>It will be a chance for the Student L
 eaders to update on their Big Plan actions since the first Council meetin
 g and for reps to ask them questions about their progress. Council member
 s and ordinary students can submit agenda items or policy proposals to di
