 achings in the Lotus Sutra\, as revealed by a Japanese priest\, Nichiren 
 Daishonin in the 13th Century\, and developped by Daisaku Ikeda through S
 oka Gakkai international for the 21st Century.&nbsp\;</p><p>We chant Nam-
 myoho-renge-kyo which is a vow\, an expression of determination\, to embr
 ace and manifest our Buddha nature. It is a pledge to oneself to never yi
 eld to difficulties and to win over one's suffering. At the same time\, i
 t is a vow to help others reveal this potential in their own lives and ac
 hieve happiness.&nbsp\;</p><p>We respect the dignity of all human life\, 
 which means we campaign against Climate Change\, and to ban the use of Nu
 clear weapons through the United Nations.&nbsp\;</p><p>We meet in the Fai
 th Centre on the first Monday of every month between 6:30pm and 7:30pm wh
 ere we discuss how Nichiren Buddhism can bring about change in our lives.
