 rue">We follow the teachings in the Lotus Sutra\, as revealed by a Japane
 se priest\, Nichiren Daishonin in the 13th Century\, and developped by Da
 isaku Ikeda through Soka Gakkai international for the 21st Century.&nbsp\
 ;</p><p>We chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo which is a vow\, an expression of de
 termination\, to embrace and manifest our Buddha nature. It is a pledge t
 o oneself to never yield to difficulties and to win over one&#39\;s suffe
 ring. At the same time\, it is a vow to help others reveal this potential
  in their own lives and achieve happiness.&nbsp\;</p><p>We respect the di
 gnity of all human life\, which means we campaign against Climate Change\
 , and to ban the use of Nuclear weapons through the United Nations.&nbsp\
 ;</p><p>We meet in the Faith Centre on the first Monday of every month be
 tween 6:30pm and 7:30pm where we discuss how Nichiren Buddhism can bring 
 about change in our lives. The next meeting is on Monday the 2nd of Novem
