A 6 week course for people swimming at an intermediate level.
As an intermediate level swimmer, you will be able to swim at least 10-15 metres, unaided, without stopping on front and on back.
You will need a general understanding of all four strokes, be happy to also try out all four strokes as they will all be worked on.
As it's pitched at an intermediate level, we recommend that people who can do normal training distances such as club swimmers should probably not apply.
All equipment is provided & with the help of a qualified teacher, you'll be good to go in no time.

Swimming costumes are not provided, and should be supplied by the individual. This is a mixed course, for both Male and Female participants.
The first session of the course is on the 2nd May at 8:00pm. A further 5 sessions will then take place,over consecutive Wednesdays,between 8:00-9:00pm.
