If you've been thinking about joining the Yoga & Meditation Society but you've not been sure whether you'll like it, you can come along to try out our new class schedule next week at the virtual freshers' fair! You don't have to be a fresher, or even a student, everyone is welcome!
Classes
Mon 6.30pm - Hatha Paula's Hatha style class is a mixture of traditional postures and meditation
Tues 6.30pm - Vinyasa Olivia's Vinyasa style class is a more active flow for fitness, strength, balance and flexibility
Thurs 6.30pm - Yin Tymee's Yin / Restorative style class is a slower class with long holds in postures for stretching and relaxation
Sat 11am - Vinyasa Laura's Vinyasa style class is an energetic and challenging flow with options for both beginners and intermediate students
January Fair Drop-In Schedule
We will be around at the following times for drop-ins if you have any questions about the society:
Monday: 12pm - 2pm, 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Tuesday: 12pm - 2pm, 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Wednesday: 12pm - 2pm, 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Thursday: 12pm - 2pm, 7.30pm - 8.30pm
Friday: 12pm - 2pm, 6.30pm - 8.30pm
Saturday: 12pm - 1pm
Sunday: 11am - 1pm

Our new society structure means that any Essex student who joins the society for a £5 yearly membership can access all of our weekly classes for free for the rest of the year.
Non-students will now be able to purchase a monthly pass which will give them access to all of the weekly classes for just £20.
If you know anyone who has been on the fence about yoga, please forward these details to them so that they can come and try a class (or 4!) during January fair week.
