What Is a Roundtable Discussion?
Our annual roundtable discussion focuses on discussing topics we and other societies feel are important, in a safe and supportive environment. Everyone is welcome to come along to contribute to the discussion, or just to listen. If you choose to donate (please scroll down for more details on entry) you will receive a self-care package. Refreshments will be provided at the event.

Entry
If you are a WiSTEM member or a member of any of the participating societies above, entry is free, but if you would like to receive a self-care package please purchase a ticket (this counts as a donation) or you can make a donation to a card machine on the day.
If you not a member of any of these participating societies, please get a ticket to enter, which also includes a self-care package. You can also walk in on the day as we hope to have a card machine.
Guests including alumni and members of different departments of the university are welcome to enter with a guest ticket.
Tickets will be available until 10am on Tuesday morning - but we will have a card machine for walk ins during the evening.
We Are Supporting Next Chapter Colchester
Next Chapter is a domestic abuse charity that works across several districts in Essex, including Colchester. They provide free and confidential services to support people who are currently experiencing, or have previously experienced domestic abuse.
They are known locally as Next Chapter Colchester, aiming to provide rapid response to domestic abuse and increase safety for all victims.
