Join us for an evening session at Welcome Gym where you can use any machine with an instructor present to advise you!

There a limited spaces for this session, please make sure to book in advance!

Please wear apropriate clothing and bring water!

Trained staff will be present, please ask if unsure about using equipment.

Just Play is great way to exercise, releive exam stress and meet new people!
