WHAT YOU'LL DO.
THE DAY TO DAY.
The Facilities and cloakroom Assistant will ensure that the personal effects of venue users are handled safely and securely when using the cloakroom facility. And will ensure the female washroom facilities remain clean, tidy and operational throughout evenings when Students' Union events are held. Females will attend female washrooms and males will attend male washrooms. As such, the postholder must identify as female. You will supervise customers using the facilities and provide assistance as required. Furthermore, you will assist in the venues with general cleaning as required.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct regular checks on the washrooms in Base and Sub-Zero
- Clean and maintain the washrooms and ensure that standards of hygiene are maintained during opening hours
- Ensure health and safety aspects are observed and maintained
- Replenish consumables as and when required
- Assist with the general cleaning of venues as required
- General cloakroom duties including the safe handling and security of customers belongings
- Be a champion of excellent customer service in your area
- Till operation and cash handling
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time
