You will be involved in helping us deliver the best customer service and the most efficient shopping environment possible for our members.
WHAT YOU'LL DO.
THE DAY TO DAY.
Reporting to the Retail Manager you will organise the day to day running of the shop, ensuring all rules and procedures are followed. You will achieve set target and KPIs and deliver excellent customer service. This is a lone worker role although there will be manangerial support.

Your Responsibilities
The things you'll be looking after
- Understanding and implementing laws relating to Alcohol and tobacco.
- Ability to deal with difficult situations
- Communicating any problems to the Retail Manager
- Delivering excellent levels of customer service to members
- Carry out stock checks if required
- Identifiying any health and safety issues that arise when on shift
- Responsible for all shop floor till operations including change and cashing up.
- Responsible for cleaning and upkeep of rented equipment such as the coffee machine.
- Responsible for cleaning and upkeep of rented equipment such as the coffee machine.
- Responsible for shop cleanliness and stock levels.
- Deal with complaints in the corrector manor ensuring all negatives becomes postives.
- Engage with members
- Understand and help deliver first class NPS results.
- Understand and help deliver department vital stats
