trampolining

hello, we are the essex blades trampolining club

Trampolining is a unisex sport which appeals to everyone regardless of ability. Gymnastic skills are performed while bouncing on a large rectangular trampoline. 10 single skills are sequenced together into a routine to be performed at a competition.

The object is to perform these skills one after the other and achieve a score out of 10. The individual with the highest score wins. Trampolining is a competitive sport, but can also be practiced recreationally for some exercise and fun with friends.
