pole dancing

We are bringing pole dancing for fitness to the University of Essex! Pole dancing has become         a popular alternative form of exercise and is a combination of dance and gymnastics. We are here to help students enjoy exercise and achieve their fitness goals, as pole dancing is a proven way to help tone the body and improve cardio. Our lessons will be suitable for everyone from complete beginners to advanced polers, and will take place in a fun and sociable environment.
