The Boxing club competes in the British University Sports Association Championships (BUSA) and the Amatuer Boxing Association (ABA). The club is open to all students and staff of all abilities at the advertised membership price below. It was founded in 2006 and it one of the biggest spectator events at Derby Day in 2008. Non-students and students at other institutions should contact the Sports and Societies Office (sportsandsocs@essex.ac.uk) for details on how to join.
To sign up as a member of this club please ensure that you have first registered to www.essexstudent.com and click on the membership payment icon (add to basket) at the bottom of the page, then you can pay via Debit or Credit Card through the online payment system. Alternatively you can sign up as a member of this club by enquiring at the Students' Union Reception by providing your PRID number on your student card.
