We’re the Essex Flames!
 
We are more than just a bunch of guys and girls waving pompons! We incorporate dance, gymnastics, flexibility and strength as well as throwing people in the air.

We compete in cheer and dance nationally as well as cheering for the Essex Blades American Football team at their games. Most of our squad has never done any cheer before coming to university so don’t be afraid to come along and give it go. We are a friendly and welcoming squad who are all about having fun!  

Training Times:

Monday 7-8:30pm ~ Dance

Wednesday 7-8:30pm ~Stunt

Gymnastics/Tumbling ~TBC

 

Fresher's Week Come & Try Sessions:

Sunday 9th October 1-3pm (Activity Hall 1 & 3)
