ACHIEVEMENTS

2010/2011 BUCS Mars Football South Eastern Conference Women's League 1A LEAGUE CHAMPIONS

In 2011 we beat UEA at Derby Day, one of only a few teams to do so

In 2010 we helped Essex to a Derby Day win over UEA, by winning our game 5-1!!

In the 2009/2010 season we were Runners up in the BUCS South Eastern Conference Women's 1A league

Winners BUSA 2B League & Quarter finalists in the National Shield in 2006/2007

2011/2012
After winning the league last season the 1st team are now entering the BUCS Mars Football Premier South division and looking to build upon their success! The 2nd team, newly formed last season, will be competing in the BUCS Mars Football South Eastern Conference Women's League 3B and are aiming to emulate the 1st team's success last season. All games are played on a Wednesday.

Social

We are a very social club - holding a session and attending Sports Fed on a Wednesday night regularly to celebrate the game that day! We also meet in the bar to watch games on the big screen and have many non drinking get togethers. This year we are planning various trips including going to the cinema, going for meals and going to a live football match. We also have a tour during the Easter holidays which is ALWAYS lots of fun!

The club is open to all students and staff at the advertised membership price below . Non-students and students at other institutions should contact the Sports and Societies Office (sportsandsocs@essex.ac.uk) for details on how to join.
