Secretary-In this capacity, I take minutes at Society Guild executive meetings and keep members informed. One of my tasks is also to increase the degree of cooperation between different societies. The aim is to encourage them to organise and work together on bigger projects and events.

The Music Convener represents all the Music Societies to the Societies Guild, presenting their views, suggestions and issues to the VP Sports and Socs and the rest of the committee. Additionally, the Music Convener supports these societies by: holding regular meetings throughout the year to keep up to date with the latest issues and events; being up to date with events these societies set up; helping them promote their events; working with them on issues; and other things societies require a little help with!

Political and Activities Convenor
The Politics and Activities Convenor represents all the societies
within that convene to the Societies Guild and the VP of Sports and
Socs in order to better represent the views of the societies, bringing
up any issues that may arise throughout the year. This year it is a
goal of the convenor to organise more multi-society events, promote
the individual society events, assist new societies get started (both
pre and post ratification by the SG), and address any other issues
that arise. Ultimately, the convenor strives to be readily available
to their societies to better facilitate the running of the societies.
