VP Student Activities
The President of the Society Guild is responsible for the overall running of the societies within the Guild and its political leadership. Ensures that they are continually developing and improving along with providing the best experience for the members
Student Activities and Development Manager
Oversees the clubs, societies and volunteering with the Students' Union.
Societies Co-ordinator
Oversees and supports all societies and their development.
Treasurer
The Treasurer is responsible for coordinating with the four Conveners and Union Staff to discuss the allocation of the Societies Guild budget. Alongside this they hold budget and audit meetings with our individual societies to ensure the money granted to them is spent as specified.
Secretary
The role of this officer is to take minutes at every Societies Guild General Meeting and publish them for the membership. Send out regular bulletin with information about Events, Fundraising and Workshop info etc. Also maintain the website and involve the media to promote Societies.
Events Officer
The Events Officer is on hand to help facilitate any event a society wishes to host, whilst also working with the Charity and Fundraising Officer around large scale charity events, and large scale volunteer projects. This Officer should be the first point of call when looking to host an event.

Community and Volunteering Officer
This role is to liase with the SU Community and Volunteering Manager and staff to provide the Societies with opportunities to volunteer and find opportunities for societies that require it. to work closely with each Society Representative to ensure the vision of the Union in the Community is always improving.
Charity and Fundraising Officer
The Charity and Fundraising Officer will be required to work closely with the President and Events Officer on weekly SU nights and Societies Guild Charity Week, RAG Week and the wider SU fundraising projects. They will look at those societies in debt, or difficult financial situations and look at ways for them to self fund.
Convenors
The Convenors represent all of the societies under their title to the Societies Guild, presenting their views, suggestions and issues to the VP Activities and the rest of the committee. Additionally, the Convenors support these societies by holding regular meetings throughout the year to keep up to date with the latest issues and events; being up to date with events these societies set up; helping them promote their events; working with them on issues; and anything else those socities require help with. All Convenors also sit in on the finance discussions.
