New Society Application Form

If you want to start up a new society all you need is a completed application form with 20 signitures of interested students to get started. Download the form here or pick one up from SU Reception and return to the above email or the Student Activities and Development Office.

Society Events Booking Form

If you want to host a society event in one of the four Students' Union venues (Mondo/Level2/Top Bar/Sub Zero) you'll need to download an Events booking form here and return to the Jay on the above email no later than 4 weeks before your proposed event. For smaller events, make a room booking here.

Minibus Booking form

The SU Mini Buses and People Carrier can be booked up to 14 days in advance and must be booked at least 7 days in advance. To check availability and to make a booking, click here

Budget Form

All existing and new societies must complete and have a budget approved by the Students' Union in order to be an active society. Download the form here.

Constitution

All existing and new societies should have a Constitution that is written by the Committee and approved by society members. The Constitution's along with society aims and objectives should be available to everyone via the society pages on this site. To download a blank Constitution, click here.
