International House Party! – Essex Freshers x Desi Society: 8th October midnight - 9th October midnight; Trilogy Nightclub, Colchester; Join Desi Society at the International House Party for a huge night at Trilogy, featuring a dedicated Desi Takeover with Bhangra, Bollywood, Punjabi, Tamil and Desi club anthems.

Freshers Instrument Mixer: 6pm - 8pm; LTB 4; An Instrument/Band mixer for freshers and returning students of ALL skill levels and genres. Come meet fellow musicians, and potentially your future bandmates!

Meeting: Wildfires, Genocide and the Rise of the Far Right - Why you should be a Revolutionary!: 7pm - 8:30pm; Ivor Crewe Seminar Room; Capitalism is dragging us over the precipice to catastrophic climate change, fascism and war. Revolution is the only way out - but what does it mean and is it still possible? Come along and discuss how we can change the world.

Filmy Friday: Desi Horror Night: 30th October midnight - 31st October midnight; Cine10; Get into the Halloween spirit with a horror movie chosen by our members, spooky decorations, a photo spot and an optional food package.
