The Essex Malayali Society (EMS) is a cultural society that is aimed at introducing students and embracing the unique culture, language and traditions of Kerala, as well as the language that is spoken- Malayalam.

As a society, we plan to treat you as part of our family, while celebrating our culture and traditions.

Our main aims are to celebrate our diverse culture, promote activities that are a true reflection of our culture, connect students, and provide a sense of a home far away from home.

Malayali May By-elections 2024

This election is to appoint the executive committee members for the next academic year. Winning candidates are expected to take on their duties from 1st August, unless the incumbent and newly elected execs both agree they will take the role earlier.
