The University of Essex Poker society welcomes all members of all levels. We hold weekly poker games and tournaments on Tuesday nights at LevelUP from 6pm. "No Limit Texas Hold’em" is the game we play, however Pot Limit Ohama and others game are welcome.
Previous players include 2007 UKSPC winner Joe D’angelo and online legend Chris Moorman ‘Moorman1’ We have a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere at our society and hold regular social events for our members. Memebership is only £5 for the whole year which allows to to play each week.
The Society enjoys playing live tournaments and poker games each week. Catering for players with all levels of experience, it's a great environment in which to enjoy the game and develop your skills.
