We can give you free, confidential, independent and impartial advice on lots of issues.

University life can be a rollercoaster of emotions – the highs, lows and everything in between. As a member of Essex SU you’ll never have to manage alone. Reach out whenever you need a chat or someone to lean on.

Our SU Advice team in Colchester is available Monday to Friday for phonecalls and to answer your emails.  You can also book Zoom appointments using our online booking system or use our Zoom Drop-in sessions to speak to an adviser.
