Lunar New Year Crafts Event for Students

Join us for a fun and creative celebration of the Lunar New Year! This exciting hands-on event is perfect for students who want to explore traditional crafts and learn more about the cultural significance of the holiday.

Attendees will have the chance to create three unique, festive projects:

Chinese Dragon Clothespin Puppets: Craft your very own vibrant Chinese Dragon puppet using clothespins.
Chinese New Year Snake: Get crafty and create a colorful paper snake! This traditional Lunar New Year symbol represents prosperity and good luck, and you'll have fun making your own version to take home.
Chinese New Year-Inspired Paper Cut Bookmark: Explore the delicate art of paper cutting as you design a beautiful bookmark with symbols related to the Lunar New Year. Use intricate designs to create a one-of-a-kind bookmark that celebrates this festive occasion.

No experience is necessary – just bring your creativity and a readiness to learn! Materials and guidance will be provided for all crafts.
