Essex SU is run for students, by students. Each year in February, students put themselves forward to run for a full-time, paid position as a Student Leader. Below are your Student Leaders for 2026/27.
Student Community Officers (SCOs) are paid, elected students, to represent certain communities. They form part of SU Council, and work alongside the Student Leaders to improve life at Essex.
