Start the year off right with a chilled-out afternoon of creativity, good vibes, and even better company! We're welcoming all students (new and returning!) to the SU Lounge for a relaxed craft session
Come along and paint your very own mug or decorate a personalised tote bag to take home. Whether you go bold, artsy, funny or chaotic–neutral with your designs, it's all about having fun and expressing yourself. No artistic talent required just a willingness to get stuck in!
While you're getting crafty, you'll also have the chance to meet other students, enjoy free refreshments, and settle into our comfy, welcoming social space. It’s the perfect low-key way to ease into the year, try something new, and maybe even leave with a cute new bag and a few new friends.
So grab a seat, grab a snack, and get creating – we can’t wait to see what you come up with!

A: Absolutely! Events are a great place to meet new people, lots of students come alone and meet people

A: To give yourself enough time we would recommend that the latest you can arrive is 30 mins before the event ends
