This session is open to Presidents and Welfare Officers of current societies, and will teach you all you need to know about supporting your society's members.

This is a repeat of the Welfare Training we held in October, so you do not need to attend again unless you need a refresher.

Photography and/or filming is taking place at this event/location for promotional purposes. The images/videos might be used by Essex Students’ Union or University of Essex for promotional purposes, for example on @essexsu Instagram page, essexstudent.com, on printed materials such as flyers and posters and on Essex SU emails. If you’d prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please speak to our photographer or videographer or the SU event organiser. Don’t be shy - you’re welcome to ask our photographers to take photos of you and your friends! The photos will be available on the Essex SU Flickr to view and download shortly.
