Wellbeing Ambassadors and Creative Community Project are joining forces to bring you some festive stress ball making!
We know how stressful uni can get, why not make it that little bit easier by making yourself a stress ball? This session will give you a chance to meet new people, get crafty and make something useful. Perhaps this will be the perfect thing to gift someone over the holidays!
Wellbeing Ambassadors Regular Project - volunteer with us!
The Wellbeing Ambassadors was set up as an answer to increasing demands by students to focus on mental health. We deliver regular well-being projects on campus, such as coffee mornings, dog therapy, yoga, meditation, and arts & crafts to share some positive coping strategies with other students.
We don’t have all of the answers, but we can create an army of compassionate students who are ready to go out and be there for others in their time of need. Whether it’s providing a shoulder to cry on or just listening, Wellbeing Ambassadors is all about student solidarity!
If you are interested in volunteering with the Wellbeing Ambassadors for future events, check out what we do and get involved here.

You don't need to be a gifted artist to volunteer for this project, we're looking for people who are:
- Caring
- Compassionate
- Have a desire to help others
