❄️ Garons On Ice Refund Scheme ⛸️

Planning a trip to the Garons Ice Rink this winter break? The SU is offering a partial refund to help make your festive fun a little more affordable.

It’s a simple way to enjoy ice skating over the break while saving some money — supported by your SU to help you have a great winter.

Skate, chill, and save a little this season. ❄️✨

By booking a ticket, you agree to the following: The ice skating activity is hosted and operated entirely by an external company at Garons Ice Rink. The Students’ Union is not responsible for the management, safety, or operation of the rink. By booking a ticket, you acknowledge that you are skating at your own risk and that any incidents, injuries, or issues that occur during your session are the responsibility of the venue and not the SU.

SECURE YOUR REFUND WITH US - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.

Here’s what you need to do:

1.) – Secure your refund with us by booking a free 'Ice Skating Refund' ticket via this page to let us know you’re planning on going.

2) – Book your place with the Garons Park Ice Skating team for any skate session over winterbreak by booking online via their website www.garonparkonice.com/. Make sure you keep your receipt.

3.) You will need to e-mail both your SU Ice Skating Refund receipt and your Garons On Ice ticket after your session to susouthend@essex.ac.uk to receive your refund.

*we will refund up to £7 per person and sessions are high demand please book your slot asap. Please be prepared to pay this in advance before you receive a partial refund from us. We will be refusing refunds to anyone who has not completed booking a free refund with us.
