Celebrate Student Volunteering Week and Valentine’s Day by spreading a little love in your community! Join us for a heartwarming session where you can:

Write a Valentine’s card for someone living in a local care home
Make a gift for a friend, partner, or loved one

This is the perfect opportunity to give back, get creative, and share kindness. No crafting experience is needed — just bring your creativity and compassion!

Come along solo or with friends, make something special, and help brighten someone’s day. All materials are provided, and the space is welcoming, accessible, and inclusive.

Spread love. Make connections. Volunteer with heart. 💖

Q: Do I need to arrive at the beginning?

A: You can drop in to the event anytime

Q: Do I have to stay until the end?

A: No youre free to leave whenever you want

Q: Do I need to bring money?

A: Nope! Our events in the SU Lounge are free of charge, just bring yourself!

Q: Will there be alcohol?

A: We will provide free hot drinks and refreshments but no alcohol is permitted!

Q: Can I come by myself?

A: Absolutely! Events are a great place to meet new people, lots of students come alone and meet people

Q: When is the last entry?

A: Best to arrive at least 30 mins before the end time to alow yourself enough time to do the activity
