The Physio Society is proud to host a 3 hour practical workshop that seeks to provide participants with an overview on how to tailor exercise programs to better suit patients based upon their environment, health condition and the principles of holistic healthcare.
The practical activities are designed to teach you how to progress and regress exercises based upon the available equipment and a patient's exercise tolerance so that you become more confident at prescribing exercises.
Participants are asked to wear appropriate gym/practical attire (i.e.trainers, shorts, t-shirt etc..) for the session so that they can participate fully.
Please be aware that photos and videos will be taken throughout the session for promotional reasons.
Whilst the content of the session is primarily aimed at physiotherapy students, all are welcome to attend.
